Please ensure you read all Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy prior to making a reservation.
1.) Most bulky items are used but in good condition and are thoroughly checked out to ensure they maintain and are in good working condition. Sometimes when changing stock you may be issued a brand new item.

2.) It is advisable that you have insurance to cover any loss or damage to any item. Customers agree to take care of all items in their possession and ensure that when not in use they are contained in a secure environment.

3.)  Regarding holiday rental orders, the full payment is payable upon reservation. The order will be then delivered to your place of stay for your arrival. We will arrange to pick any bulky items up when you have departed.

4.) Also with regards to holiday rentals, if you holiday has to be cancelled for any reason then we can only refund you if you have notified us with seven days prior to the start date.

5.) We have the right to change prices at anytime within the website.

6.)You have a cooling off period in which to cancel your reservation, of seven days from the date you receive confirmation of your reservation by email. If you decide to cancel within this period, you will receive a full deposit.

7.) We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

8.) Please note website images may differ slightly to the product you receive.

9.) You are responsible for your own childs/childrens safety.

10.) Minimum rental on 'monthly rentals' is 3 months contract.

11.) We have the right to retain full or partial deposit if anything is broken on the pushchair or if the item is sent back to us in a bad state and hasn't been cared for. Ie Stains, Rips, Tears etc.
12.) It is your responsibility to ensure the products/pushchair are returned to us when finished, otherwise we have the right to bill you for the full RRP of the items.
13.) Minimum term is a 3 month contract on monthly rentals. If you do wish to end before this time then any deposit you have paid will be fully retainable.
14.) We have the right to refuse any orders.

Any financial details will be stored in a locked cabin on our premises but we confirm credit or debit numbers will not be stored.

Also, it may be processed by staff operating outside the European Economic Area who work for us or for one of our suppliers. For example, such staff maybe engaged in the processing and concluding of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
